Michelle is a dedicated wellness practitioner specializing in Pilates machine training, with a passion for helping clients build strength, improve posture, and develop a deeper mind-body connection. She works with individuals of all ages and fitness levels, guiding each session with precision, care, and encouragement.
She is also a certified GYROKINESIS®️ Trainer, offering fluid, breath-based movement to support mobility, spinal health, and overall balance.
My yoga journey began in 2016, but my passion truly ignited when I discovered Aerial Yoga. Since completing my Aerial Hammock Teacher Training in 2018, I've earned certifications as a 200-hour RYT (2020), Inside Flow Instructor (2023), Face Yoga Teacher (2024), and Recovering Yoga Teacher (2025). As an Aerial Yoga Teacher Trainer, I've successfully conducted 7 teacher training courses (Oct 2023–present), guiding students to build strength, flexibility, and confidence — both in the air and on the mat.
I am a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor with over 8 years of teaching experience across India, Indonesia, Macao, and Malaysia.
My journey in yoga has allowed me to work with diverse students, helping them improve their physical strength, flexibility, and mental well-being.
I have successfully completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which has given me deep knowledge of traditional and modern yoga practices.
Mukul Gour is an internationally experienced yoga instructor with 7+ years of teaching across India, Indonesia, and Malaysia, and over a decade of personal practice. He holds a degree in Yoga & Consciousness along with 500+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training.
He specializes in mobility, strength, and alignment-based practice, helping students improve flexibility, build strength, and recover from issues like tight hips and shoulder discomfort.
Started practicing Yoga in year 2011, followed by Aerial Yoga in 2016, Yoga has always been in the center of my activities among my other hobbies. Having a fulltime job in the daytime back then, I started teaching as a part time instructor since 2018 and have entered into a fulltime yoga instructor in 2024, now I help those corporate professionals reconnecting their body and breath. I’m specialize in teaching various Yoga types, reformer Pilates , and Aerial Yoga.
